“Smarter Than” – a division of “Trust and Build for Information Technology” – signed a strategic partnership agreement with “Deem Home Real Estate Development” on Thursday, July 11, 2024.
The aim of this agreement is to provide premium models of real estate units and equip them with the latest smart home solutions and intelligent control. This will contribute to delivering a superior experience and integrated solutions for customers of “Deem Home Real Estate Development,” giving them greater control over their living spaces and adding a touch of luxury to their properties.
The agreement includes the supply and implementation of smart solution systems by “Smarter Than” in the real estate units of “Deem Home Real Estate Development.” These systems include lighting and air conditioning control, allowing users to remotely adjust lighting and temperature in their homes to enhance comfort and energy efficiency. Security and surveillance systems are also provided, including smart surveillance cameras and alarm systems, enabling users to monitor their homes and respond to alerts via mobile phones. Smart control systems for curtains and doors offer the convenience of remote opening and closing through mobile applications or voice commands. Modern entertainment systems are also provided.
