“Smarter Than,” which is a division of Trust & Build Information Technology, signed a strategic partnership agreement with “Halul Rayfan Trading” on Saturday morning, December 23rd, 2023. This agreement aims to provide the latest smart systems to their residential units, creating a sustainable living environment. The objective is to enhance the quality of life for “Halul Rayfan Trading” clients and add a touch of elegance and luxury to their residential units.
Under this agreement, “Smarter Than” will supply and implement smart solution systems in the real estate units owned by “Halul Rayfan Trading”. These smart systems allow for easy management of the home, such as controlling the lighting by adjusting it according to predefined schedules to save energy. They also enable control of the heating and cooling systems, allowing users to adjust the temperature in their homes and turn them on or off as needed. Additionally, these systems provide remote control over doors, windows, and security systems. Furthermore, users can control audio devices, screens, and curtains through smartphone applications or voice-controlled devices like Amazon Echo and Google Home.
Moreover, the units will be equipped with advanced security and surveillance systems, including smart cameras and alarm systems. These systems enable residents to remotely monitor their homes, check their status while they are away, and receive notifications in case of any unusual activity or fire outbreak.
