“Smarter Than,” a division of Trust & Build Information Technology, signed a strategic partnership agreement with “New House” Real Estate Development on Wednesday morning, January 17th, 2024. This agreement aims to provide twenty residential units with smart home systems to offer an exceptional living experience for its residents.
The purpose of this agreement is to ensure high levels of security and safety for the residential units of “Masaakin View” by equipping them with the latest smart home systems. These smart systems create a comfortable and secure environment.
Under this agreement, “Smarter Than” will supply and implement smart solution systems in the real estate units owned by “New House”. These smart systems provide full control over home management, allowing residents to easily and flexibly control lighting, heating, and cooling from anywhere with a simple press of a button. This contributes to energy savings and reduces bills.
Additionally, the residential units will be equipped with advanced security and surveillance systems to ensure the safety of the residents. This includes the ability to remotely open and close doors and windows, operate alarm systems and cameras to protect against potential risks. These technologies also allow residents to remotely monitor their homes and interact with any alerts or emergencies through their mobile phones, providing convenience and ease in home management.
